9mm - +P 100 Grain HoneyBadger - Black Hills - 20 Rounds

A hollow point projectile’s efficacy for self-defense is indisputable — that it has been banned in warfare by the Hague Declaration for being too nasty is proof enough of it. Where a hollow point may falter, however, is when it comes to how deeply it can penetrate. This 9mm +P cartridge by Black Hills solves that problem with its unique 100 grain HoneyBadger projectile, which delivers deadly terminal performance without the need for a nose cavity that could slow it down.

A HoneyBadger looks like a drill bit. As its scalloped sides rotate within a target, they will channel and direct soft tissues outward to create a massive wound cavity. And because the HoneyBadger is made of solid copper rather than a core and jacket that could separate, it keeps a stellar portion of its weight as it consistently penetrates to over 12” inches in depth.

Black Hills specializes in making dependable ammunition, so it’s no wonder why many law enforcement agencies and the military value their products so highly. You’ll make good use of this round’s precision formed brass casing while handloading if you would like to, and its clean burning propellant consistently ignites to create essentially the same muzzle velocity every time.
